It’s a pain to unhook your computer from all of its cables and attachments (believe me, we understand) and sometimes you just need someone to show up and take care of your misbehaving computer. We are happy to provide onsite diagnostic and repair services in your business or home environment.
We may need to remove your computer from it’s onsite environment to perform more extensive repairs. In such a case, we offer FREE PICK UP and DROP OFF of your computer. We will hook everything back up and make sure it’s working before we leave.
If we spend more than 30 minutes on our return visit to install software, install hardware and reconfigure settings and data connections, we do charge for the service call starting after those 30 minutes. This is sometimes a requirement after a reload of your operating system or with a new computer purchase.
We will set up your printers, scanners, cameras and other devices that you require for normal user operation in your environment.
